2. About our content and services
10:45 Athletic provides fitness and strength coaching for people rebuilding physical ability after knee injury. We are not a medical service. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice, and we are not a substitute for your physiotherapist, doctor, or other healthcare professional. Our coaching is delivered by certified coaches. Our founder speaks from lived experience and is not a coach, physiotherapist, or clinician.
We only work with people who have been cleared to train by their medical team. If you have pain or an injury that has not been assessed by a medical professional, please seek medical advice before acting on any content or programme.
3. Free guides and content
Any free guide, video, or other content we provide is for general information only. It is not personalised advice and does not account for your individual circumstances. Always work within the limits set by your own medical team.
4. Coaching services
Coaching is provided under a separate agreement set out at the point you join, including the applicable fees, what's included, and the terms of the monthly subscription. Coaching is a monthly rolling subscription you can cancel at any time in line with those terms.
5. No guarantees
Physical results depend on many factors including your starting point, consistency, and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or timescale.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information, to follow your medical team's guidance, and to stop and seek medical advice if you experience pain or symptoms that concern you.
7. Intellectual property
The content, framework, and materials on this site and in our programmes belong to 10:45 Athletic and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of our free content, or from training outside the guidance of your medical team.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
