Privacy Policy
Effective date: 21 July 2026
Who we are
This website and our coaching services are operated by Bulletproof Baller Ltd ("10:45 Athletic", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16407580), registered address C/O Mirandus Accountants Limited, 5 St. Bride Street, London, EC4A 4AS.
We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].
What this policy covers
How we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you visit our site, download a guide, apply for coaching, or become a client. It also explains your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
The information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Contact details — name, email address, and (if you provide it) phone number.
Guide/download information — your email and name when you request a free guide, and records of the emails we send you and how you engage with them.
Application information — when you apply for coaching: your sport, level, goals, what you've previously tried, and information about your knee and injury history. Some of this is health information, which is a special category of data (see "Health information" below).
Client information — if you become a client: programme and training records, communications with your coach (including messages via our training app and, on the higher tier, WhatsApp), and payment records.
Call recordings — coaching enquiry/sales calls are recorded for training and to improve how we help people. We tell you this before and at the start of the call, and you can ask us not to record.
Technical information — how you use our site, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies"), including via the Meta pixel.
Health information (special category data)
Some information you give us — particularly in your application and in messages with your coach — concerns your physical health. We only collect this where you actively provide it, we use it solely to assess whether coaching is appropriate for you and to build and adjust your programme, and it is accessed only by our team. We rely on your explicit consent to process this information, which we ask for at the point you provide it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, though this may mean we can no longer provide coaching.
We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or replace your physiotherapist or doctor, and we only work with people who have been cleared to train by their medical team.
How we use your information and our lawful bases
To send you a guide you requested and related training emails — based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
To review your application and arrange a call — based on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and, for health information, your explicit consent.
To provide coaching and deliver your programme — based on performance of our contract with you.
To take payment — based on performance of our contract, processed by our payment provider.
To improve our service and train our team (including reviewing call recordings) — based on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
To meet legal and accounting obligations — based on legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, including:
GoHighLevel — our CRM, forms, scheduling and email platform
Stripe — payment processing
Trainerize — programme delivery
ManyChat — social media message automation
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and the pixel described below
Our accountant and, where necessary, professional advisers
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses).
We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as necessary: enquiry and application data for up to 24 months if you don't become a client; client records for the duration of coaching and for as long afterwards as we're legally required to (financial records are kept for 6 years). You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see "Your rights").
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we'd appreciate the chance to help first.
Cookies and the Meta pixel
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to make it work and to understand how it's used. We use the Meta pixel to measure our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who've visited our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings and your ad preferences through Meta's settings.
Marketing
We'll only send you marketing emails where you've asked us to. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We don't send unsolicited marketing messages.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the effective date shown above.
